B1 commits a common foul on A1. This is Team B’s seventh foul, but the scorer fails to recognize this and the ball is awarded to Team A. A quick basket is scored by Team A and the scorer then sounds the horn to notify the officials of the error.

How the play goes on according to the rules and how we record the statistics of this situation ?

The Basketball Rule=
Count Team A’s basket. Award A3 a bonus free throw with no players on the lane.
Resume play at the point of interruption with a non-designated spot throw-in by Team B under Team A’s basket.

eBA Basketball (external link) Statistics Tracking=
A FGM is recorded to the Team A´s player who made the basket.
Made Foul against B1 and Received Foul in favour of A1. One free throw made or missed for A1.
From the moment the ball is returned to Team B, we have any problems in the possessions account.
